terms of service

By commissioning me you acknowledge all my work is done digitally, i will not be sending you anything physical unless merch is made.My work is for personal // private use only, meaning i will not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically stated at the time the order is requested.I reserve the rights to my art, this includes: posting your commission on my social media page, putting it on my portfolio, so on.You are not allowed to edit, trace, remove my signature from your commission. minor edits to your commission can be made with exceptions. not asking me prior will result in a blacklist from my commissions in the future.I must be directly credited when/if you choose to publicly use the commission. ( @cyberpyunk )Please note, i do work on personal art inbetween commissions/owed art as to keep myself sane!I will never make NFTS out of my art. do not ask me, i don't care.

My commissions are not first come first serve, i work on commissions of characters that i believe i can do justice. i reserve the right to decline your commission if i do not believe i can do it.I take payments exclusively through paypal, payment plans can be discussed before i begin working if need be.I will only begin lining your commission once the sketch is approved and you've paid and i've been given me the OK. edits are recommended to be requested during the sketching phase.Your commission may take anywhere from a week to 3 months, but i give frequent updates as to how far i am in your commission.I do not do refunds past the line art stage.Please provide me a PICTURED ref sheet, i will not use text based descriptions of characters. also please provide me a few reference poses/ideas you'd like me to work with.

Commercial use of my artwork must be discussed before i begin/finish the commission.
**I charge a one time fee of double the base price **( 100% ) of said commission, this includes: vtuber graphics ( twitch ), MV art / cover art, printing of any kind, promotional art, visual novel/game sprites/cgs, manga/book covers/album covers.
For merch it's ( 150% ) of the original base price.
